11/12/06 – We recently received a new order of Alligators T Shirts (in blue, and for the first time, black) and baseball caps. Sorry to the folks who wanted these items while we were temporarily out of stock. We also now have brand new embroidered Alligators patches, so you can sew them onto backpacks, jackets, and so on, turning almost any garment into “gator gear.” All of these items, as well as CDs are available for purchase at shows and at our Gator Gear page.

9/5/05 – On Wednesday, August 31, “The Diamond Hearts” featuring Greg Hawkes of “The Cars” fame, Alan Goodrich from The Alligators, and Tim Mann performed a show at The Skellig in Waltham, MA. 5/17/05 – Alan & The Alligators “Reptile Rock” CD has thus far been added at over 75 Radio Stations across the US and Canada, and attained two Top-Ten Chart positions in College Radio as reported by CMJ. Radio promotion for Alan’s “Out On A Limb” CD will commence soon.

Everyone has been asking about a new album from the Alligators. If there are Alligators originals that you have heard live and want to hear them on the next CD, send us an e-mail and let us know. Choosing a title for a CD is also never easy. “Welcome To The Future” was in the running for the first one but didn’t make it. Alan is fond of “Somewhat Commercial Recorded Music Product #2 for the next CD title, but we think he’s the only one who is. If you have a suggestion for a new album title, drop us a line and let us know.”

5/17/05 – Gator guitarist Erik Ringstad (with Alan on drums) have begun recording some of Erik’s original jazz and blues compositions. Some of these songs such as “Saint James Blues” and “Al’s House” are currently being performed live by The Alligators.

5/15/05 – On Saturday, August 13, keyboardist T Lavitz of The Dixie Dregs, Jazz Is Dead, Pat Benatar, and Jefferson Starship fame joined Alan Goodrich as “guest gator” at the Acoustic Alligators duo show at The Burlington, MA, Marriott’s “Fitzwilliam’s Irish Pub.” The twosome played four sets of music including original material and covers songs from such groups as The Grateful Dead and Eric Clapton.
